Year 2019 – At UNESCO World Heritage Site of Mahabalipuram

 

• May 2019

 

150 Dogs and 46 pups were vaccinated for DHHP and rabies in 2 days.

 

• November 2019

 

50 more dogs were vaccinated for DHHP and rabies.

 

Year 2020 – At Municipal Corporation Pounds

 

In a span of two days, 400 vaccines were administered across all the 3 municipal corporation pounds in the city. The dogs were vaccinated with

 

• DHPP (Canine Distemper)
• ARV (Anti Rabies)

 

The breakdown is as follows:

 

• Kannamapet 70
• Pulliatiope 30
• Lloyds pound 120
• Blue Cross 80

 

Average cost per vaccine: Rs. 250 ($ 3.45 USD)
